Timo Kienle

Co-Founder

Timo is a Co-Founder of Silvercourt, established in Luxembourg in 2021. He previously served as a Director at Anchorage Capital Group in London, where he was responsible for sourcing and execution of illiquid credit investments in Germany.

Earlier in his career, Timo was an Associate at TA Associates in London, involved in the analysis and sourcing of growth private equity investments.

He started his career in investment banking at Dresdner Kleinwort and William Blair in London. 

Timo holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Denver and an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics. During his undergraduate studies, he was an NCAA Division I tennis player.

Benedikt Ziehensack

Co-Founder

Benedikt is a Co-Founder of Silvercourt, established in Luxembourg in 2021. Previously, he was a Director at Anchorage Capital Group in London, where he focused on illiquid credit investments across EMEA. He has extensive experience in executing financial restructurings and rescue financings in Germany. 

Benedikt started his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in London.

Benedikt holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Warwick.

Lassi Ketola

Partner, Head of Investor Relations

Lassi joined Silvercourt in 2025 as a Partner and Head of Investor Relations. He has two decades of experience in private wealth management, having held senior roles at Merrill Lynch and Julius Baer in Luxembourg, where he served as an Executive Director. He managed client relationships and oversaw portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Before beginning his career in financial services, Lassi was a professional tennis player, with a career highlight of representing Finland in the 2004 Davis Cup.

Lassi holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MA in Political Science from Tampere University in Finland.
